Today I filed a complaint against Bruce and his buddy MR. Mah concerning Premium Petrolium. I am warning all of you, he will do to you and this company as he did with Premium Petrolium. I invested when it was at 3.5 cent per share. It is now down to .0003 per share. He will dump stock on the market, bring the price of the stock down without telling you, to get more money before he abandons it (That is what happened to Premium Petrolium as wee saw it). My complaint to SEC is that Bruce and his people abanded Premium Petrolium (With working oil wells). No one seems to know who is operating the wells or who is getting the money from the oil that is being sold. I am looking to turn the table on Bruce by asking if investors can call their own stock holders meeting and appoint a new board of directors and sieze the producing oil wells.
