Black recommended that shareholders reject the offer because he felt the stock was worth more than $.01 per share. And now we sit at $.0006 with perpetual silence from our CEO. And we were given no other details regarding the "buyout" offer. What a great company we are invested in!!!! Go HNSS!!!!
