I agree Longhorn but CEO, Mr. Turrini, has the major responsibility to have left Mr. DW going around with a "nuclear bomb", an unpardonable lightness.
At this point I hope Mr. DW has a good plan for shareholders otherwise why start an "armageddon".
Judge rule is clear sell and delete company. Last denial of company petition confirms it.
On this light, shares of patent buyer in change of our shares would be interesting, usually never a big deal but may be better than a probably low auction price.
