Unfortunately, that is all they will get. Brown nose passifying responses.

Heck, what are they going to say 'we screwed up'? We blew our opportunity with Host and pissed off the Marriotts? We can't afford to pay the guarantee to DoubleTree so we are stalling on the install?

Meager sales reported by the consumate salesman? This is about as honest an answer as I think we will get.
