Actually, Ifitlooks, the shares will be worth $6.5MM as opposed to getting 6.5MM shares as you imply. The basic purchase price is $3.5MM cash plus $6.5MM of NEOM stock (plus the debt foregiveness portion related to the bridge loan).

"The remainder of the purchase price will be in shares of NEOM common stock at the 10 day VWAP (Volume-Weighted Average Pricing) immediately preceding the signing of the Definitive Purchase Agreement."
