I believe that is the accrued royalty fees that CDEx owes ASD. Remember ASD sued CDEx, forcing CDEx to pay a royalty fee for every Valimed sold.

I'm not surprised that CDEx owes them money.

How could CDEX ever develop the imaginarty G4 when they owe so many of their vendors money. Who would do business with them? I wouldn't, not even with 100% cash in advance.
