Great question and that is definitely something that perplexes me.

My thoughts:

whoever was using swalert to evacuate their shares is done

or

Swalert is in additional SEC trouble or in fear of additional SEC charges.

Per rule 17b, Swalert has already broken the law with the kblb pumps, so that may be a reason.

Either way it is a good thing that they are absent.
