Form 5 ANNUAL STATEMENT OF CHANGES IN BENEFICIAL OWNERSHIP OF SECURITIES. I am not viewing this but asking why did they choose to file a Form 5 now? It is raining here today which is odd in and of itself. With the rain you might see ducks in certain parts of the country. It is cute when they stop traffic. I like to look around and see who is freaking out over the creatures getting in the way of the auto's and folks having oh so busy days.

To be perfectly clear: I'm really glad we got some flippin' news of any sort! Lets hope this is the start of those water fowl waddling into formation.
