Correct my non-lawyer thinking - Megas is going for a couple million in damages - dont know if this goes to the company as income, but with about 2 million shares in float.....

Megas must prove case unless sacm buckles and settles - does not want to admit to any criminal wrongdoing. Also in order to prove damages to shell, would he not have to prove intent and follow through with his euro company merger??

When this is all over and paper work is in order, would he not want to complete his intent - Brittish pride and all that? This guy (Megas) is no dummy and has quickly accomplished what many others have set out to do....how wrong am I?
