30 JAN 2012 10k posted, nothing new.

1 FEB 2012 17 notes due????

3 FEB notice of defaults

9 FEB 8K announcement of defaults

10 FEB BK announcement, with notice of "retained law firm" "comprehensive restructuring plan" and " "anticipates [court] approval within the next several days"

All that in 10 days?
