Decisions will have to be made this month one way or the other. Those decisions may be more severe than most traders would think. Take for instance these bullish percents on just the default view.

These kinda explain the rough going in the market to advance or decline of late but that likely changes by the eom. Not to mention that huge rallies aren't usually born off of internal levels near highs such as the $nysi.
