funny stuff. sue for what? slander? libel? not a chance. first of all you have to PROVE that stuff. it is easy enough to see the company "failed" on it's own. i put failed in quotations since the goal of a business is to make money so that goal was met just not by selling tea. lol. those clowns would be INSANE to open up their books. cal is smart. walk away, let the dust settle, start again...
