I guess I assumed that not much was expected from the 10Q by most folks.
Therefore I did not think that many people were believing a "rumor" or expecting positive news from the 10Q.
I was wrong, with the selloff today, its apparent there was some kind of expectation of something.
Be interesting to see if the folks selling now will be able to buy back before the next pr.
