from what i can see and tell me if i am wrong cash.......follow the twitter account of encounter technologies ceo and cash has quoted parts of his tweets......big news coming, just waiting for the lawyers to finish up the docs, looks like it is close......looking at the websites of ENTI, I am not sure what synergy they have with adstar or their payment processing platform. i have heard this story with google a few years back when they had an agreement to buy relevantis......and then poof, that deal blew up and so did the stock. as stated, I am long this stock for close to 4 years and hope like you all do this is a rocket ride.......a little excited as this is the most action this stock has seen in ages......ever since their announcement above......whom I know
