Baron Capital Announces Conference Call Adds Two New Clients
8:45a ET February 14, 2012 (PR NewsWire) Baron Capital Enterprises, Inc. (OTCPK:BCAP) (www.baroncapitalenterprise.com) will hold an investor conference call Friday, February 17, 2012 at 1:45 PM EST. The Call is expected to last approximately 15 minutes to give shareholders an update since the previous call.

Baron Capital is pleased to announce that it is currently working with two privately held companies that will each seek to go public this year. Each company will use Baron's transfer agency once they begin offering shares to the public. Baron has begun funding one of the companies recently while each company is seeking $250,000 prior to filing an S1 registration to go public.

This begins a new chapter for Baron, working with private companies seeking to go public via an S1 registration instead of reverse merging into a public vehicle. Baron will have its equity position registered at the time of the S1 filing, allowing the Company to be part of the initial selling group.
