She did help raise 2 mil in financing
for that Company, but according to
the DPLY Fins, the Company is not
interested in raising funds anymore.

It clearly states that they have enough
money now to get the Product to Market.

I believe she is going to help in
Sales and Marketing with DPLY.

I do know that DPLY is in desperate need
of exposure to their Industry at this point.

Is 2012 DPLY's Year?

I don't believe the Company has the funds to
continue payroll on 6 to 8 employees without
some kind of revenues or income much longer.

I just hope it isn't in the form of more
Private Placement Funding.
