I do not believe it is shorting issue either. The key is how much O/S in the market. Why it is so hard for FK FK to provide the number and only mention 53% of the fk number will be converted to....... Please don't blame any one and anything except FK FK worthy of being blamed for countless unmet timeline, the advertisors/big carriers overwhelmingly knocking the door, black hole of O/S, countless promising as going to new exchange, audit, stock buyback and retirement, delayed lunching dates, number of subscribers and so on ...... All of these no one know the exact outcomes. Yes no doubt there are some slow progresses but far less enough to keep the pace with the need of the Q-TV in the market. Think about it how much the O/S back to the time the pps reached 0.28? about 7 bil. How much the O/S now, no one knows except the FK FK. See where the problems are. JMO
