Did you look at CPMNY? The strangest thing I've ever seen. Down at the open, then down 1 1/2 since then only small volume, much of which was at the ask. Lots of buys @ 2 1/32, and it doesn't move. I don't get it. I think its an ADR which could be the reason why it opened lower on virtually no volume. No news at all.
