Its the calm before the storm of a Super 8k!!!! Very interesting posts earlier in the day regarding the possibility of SnRy/new company receiving a grant from OPIC or the gov't. This could very well be the reason for the delay of the R/M and the extremely detailed filings we have seen over the past few months. There would be no reason to have so many filings explaining so much information if something big was not happening. They have made every attempt to keep up with so many details to include in their filings. Most penny stocks do not include all this info. Seems like Lev is making sure everything is "100% correct and in order" before the close of this merger.

Its been exactly 3 weeks since the R/S was scheduled to take place. IMO its only a matter of a short time now till everything is completed. We could wake up any day now and the R/m and R/S will be complete and a press release explaining in detail everything. So keep your eyes open every morning because when it comes its a HUGE!!!! Lets go SnRy!!!!
