Not having read the fine print on the agreement in which RS and them other SIGNATORIES were paid off in shares..it is not clear if they are secured creditors or not. Or secured note holders of any kind. It would be cruel indeed to them fine peeple to get alla the shares they got declared worthless. CHEEZE!!
