Fwiw, while Furman got the recognition for sealing the ikant deal originally, Ive been told by a former insider that FF was actually the person who got the ball rolling. From what I understand, the deal was originally done to obtain enough working capital so they could lose the "going concern" statement in their filings. Evidently they were hoping to buy some time til revenue streams started taking shape.
