I am not sure , However I feel that I understand the " remove the noise " quote. The 1 min chart all day causes me to exit early. My entry's have been correct , But I get shook to often.... Then I review the charts in the evening prepin for the next day and see that my entry was good and I would have stuck with it ,,,,ect. ect.

Gonna have to muster up some will power here and give it a go ...
