Why are shareholders blaming the noteholders? CDEx is to be blamed entirely.

Just ask yourself who is to benefit from this move? Yes CDEx or more accurately, CDEx insiders.

I believe this whole event has been orchestrated by CDEx including the two noteholders that presented CDEx with default letters. That scenario makes the most sense to me.

Pennstreet, this is an example of inventive tactics just like when Robert Stewart and Mari Stassi files a DA suit against Loch Harris. Insiders have almost 100% control of the proceedings or at least put the odds heavily in their favor.

How about when MP/CDEx did the reverse split after Loch Shareholders finally received their "Loch Shareholder's Shares". Who benefited from that and who did NOT?

Shareholders have been screwed each and every time by a bunch of scam artist IMO.

I was confused for a while why JB, with little or no experience in managing a tech company was brought on board.

Not now.

And watch out for any poster who claims to be buying, we know what's happen in the past. Suckers buy while Loch/CDEx insiders dump.

This is my gut feeling and is consistent with all the past inventive tactics used by Loch Harris/CDEx. With all their brilliant moves in the past, they did NOT just suddenly leave themselves open for this action IMO.

NO friquen way.
