Any comments on the offset QAM actually being developed? I mean, like, the concept is not new.

No, its not new. In fact, QAM is public domain. I assume by "offset-QAM" they mean time-offset, which is used primarily in wireless modulation.

Given that ANI only expects PowerStream to do about 5 Mbps over short distances, I cannot see how NVEI could possibly adapt it to do 100 Mbps over thousands of feet.
