Of course he needs money again....he's burning a ton of it in his divorce....what he doesn't lose to lawyers he'll lose to his ex-wife who's going for the jugular.

This whole company is falling to shambles. Call them and ask them about the money they waste on following Scott's wild ideas that his staff informs him will go no where.

Or maybe ask about the plan to ditch the IP to a new company and get all new investors and then turn platinum into a "production company" who licences its IP's from the new company....
