So i just called VFIN and I don't think I am the right person to call.. .didn't understand alot but here is what i got...

he said something to the effect of just because you see 5000 shares printed at .01 with their name doesnt mean it was them..

also said something to the effect of somebody is selling and buying... sooo they are both on the ask and on the buy... picking up exactly what they put on the market...
