Well, regarding your name, I'm not being diplomatic. Sorry. I'm just giving you my hard opinion.

Your land is probably nearly worthless and will probably be worthless for 100 years. You just have to understand that the amount of land available to be settled in this country is beyond astronomical!!! Forget what you hear about scarcity. There is as much scarcity of settleable land in the US as there is sand on the seashore!

The stories about escalating land values are limited to way less than 1% of the land available to develop in the US. They exist around major metropolitan areas and/or tourist locations and/or oceans or mountains. Take those away and you have ZERO demand for land because there is a million acres for every single acre that someone will want with only a few exceptions such as oil drilling.

There is one other thing you can do with it. You can build a bunker as insurance just in case the worst case scenario happens. I can assure you, all the land that is presently being run through the roof in terms of price won't be any place to be if that happens!
