I spoke with Paul COLEMAN yesterday. He is son of the founder of AIMH. Paul indicated they are moving to clear matters up and asserted that Morey did not have title to AIMH or authority to sell same. Paul is very optimistic of AIMH’s future and appreciates it's potential.

That’s all I have to report; nothing more at this time.
