Enclave proposes five candidates to board of Gaming Partners

..Enclave Asset Management, owner of 4.1% of Gaming Partners' outstanding shares, disclosed in a regulatory filing late Friday that it submitted a Notice of Nomination to Gaming Partners' Corporate Secretary. The notice proposes five candidates for nomination to the company's board of directors. Enclave said the stockholder nominees have a combined experience of over 100 years in the gaming industry. The firm added that it is not soliciting proxies for election of the nominees or to contest the election of persons nominated by the company, but that it reserves the right to do so at a future date.
