Hail king, i have been busy but not to busy for you,Burkhard would be the man with the answers he has been here since the Inception.But i did listen in on the meeting,Some time ago Mr Guyer and the regulators had a public Hearing,He was not getting any where with the drms so they agreed to go let the city council moderate and this is what got the ball rolling, They were enthused with both sides Goals,hey even people in an office setting need help in setting aside personality conflicts and get the job done. This is a major undertaking no doubt about it but it will succeed reality dictates it. just be glad no one had to travel from the east out west by horse drawn wagons,but than again they had no regulators... now do not get me wrong regulation is good just time consuming,got to go...cgfia..gsta.. Long live the King...
