MY point not even close to exactly!!!
No place in my post, not one was i applauding or thanking HOWARD/PHAR for the way they are conducting business or ANY filing including late filing you speak of.

I would ask since you may have misunderstand the reason for the post that i had replied to one of your posts,, give it another try at answering and not avoiding real subject of my post.

Why is HOWARD/PHAR to this day almost a year later, involved with and using personell that is deep rooted into many past fraud pink companies of former shell owners.
Not looking for anything other than why you dont see a problem with the THREE Jan. PHAR filings that have THREE different key McLaughlin operators from years ago involved in some manner on each.
How SNIZZLE is that ok, and IMO HOWARD signing just shows me he has to be in close contact with numerous scam players.
Appreciate your giving another shot at answering original post.
