For all we know they could just be stockpiling black sands still and not sure if that continues and process most of the gold and possible REES after the rainy season starts. That would seem to make sense. While some think revenues could be years away, I'm if hope we are not far off as that will grow a good base of investors. If you promise revenue and it never makes it for years you lose crediibility.
