usually in the 20's and 30's.. because of the the precentage between by and sell .. example.. .0020 and .0021 is the same as 02 and .021 is the same as .20 and .21 is the same as is the same as 2.00 and 2.10 ect.. so I think people start being more accepting of buying in penny increments. but techically.. its up to the seller what price they want to sell at and they can sell at .2111 or .2112 if they wanted..
