The Failure....
The end began on July 3 with Herron's dismissal. The FBI and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. (FDIC) were investigating. Trading of the company's stock on Nasdaq was halted.
What a coincidence! The bank is under investigation right around the same time a company that we all know and love is being sued and halted by the SEC!
