Destinator...... probably did not follow the comments from everyone and I am probably missing something, but as for "Restricted Stock" it is not uncommon at all for executives to have limitations placed on when they can sell their shares or anyone that receives warrants or options on when then can exercise. I have not read the prospectus but those restrictions should be spelled out in it. I seriously doubt that CD would be playing the shareholders.
