The Company, through smart USA Distributor, LLC (smart USA), which is a wholly owned subsidiary, is a distributor of the smart fortwo vehicle in the United States and Puerto Rico. offers its customers with various vehicle warranty and extended protection products, including extended service contracts, maintenance programs, guaranteed auto protection (GAP) products.
