Oconee Federal Financial Corp. is being formed to serve as the stock holding company for Oconee Federal Savings and Loan Association as part of the mutual-to-stock conversion of Oconee Federal Savings and Loan Association. Oconee Federal Savings and Loan Association (the Bank) is wholly owned subsidiary of Oconee Federal Financial Corp. As of June 30, 2010, it had total assets of $333.5 million, total deposits of $272.6 million and total equity of $59.7 million. Oconee Federal Savings and Loan Association is a savings and loan association. It conducts its business from its main office, executive office annex and three branch offices. All of its offices are located in Oconee County, South Carolina. Its market area consists of Oconee County and the nearby communities and townships in adjacent counties in South Carolina.
