Burkhard,for the benefit of the new posters on board, I had the opportunity to listen in on the regulaters meeting from my lap top 1900 miles away in REAL time,one of the head guys was sincere in seeing this go forward that helped me make the decisions i have made, this was no typical conference type call this was the real deal. Also, i beleive the governor was in favor and Guyer was very well prepared with his presentational goals, We may be in half time when they come back out i am confident both sides will win.
