I mentioned a couple of weeks ago Turrini had the most to lose in this situation. The daic parties have their shares and we'll see what else. We have our shares. If you don't have shares through a legitimate source or have some contract for legitimate bills, hit the road jack. I will be interested in seeing how Turrini is able to account for his time in regard to calypso activities. Does he have some documentation to support what he was actually doing? I'm thinking a hard copy of phone bills, documentation he attended meetings etc. It isn't sufficient to say he had an employment agreement in my mind, especially with allegations he was out of the country (from the court record). I mentioned before, I could have contacted every telecom company in the US more than once over four years. There are no employees to supervise, no manufacturing sites to oversea, the financials were not being done, there were no deals made, there were inadequate sec filings made. What was he being paid to do? If I were the receiver he would have to give me credit card statements, phone records and bank account records to verify his activities. I'm thinking he needs to turn over all personal financial records to the receiver.

I also still want to know what happened with that Baxter deal.

Hopefully sirh can make some contact with the receiver and we can have a line of communication to at least know what's going on with the process. Maybe at least a monthly update on a web site.
