I can certainly invision a segment on 20/20 about what appears to be an illegal seziure of this bank.

The OCC should have been able to walk into court with boxes of files on the reasons for the seziure to back it up in every direction possible but to date and well over a year later they have not been able produce and just that alone should tell everyone the OCC did not have just cause to sieze the bank.

There should be some very exciting times ahead for the holders of UWBK. Good luck to everyone.
