"MIT contracted with OSIO in 2010 to manufacture MIT's Rapid Microbial Identification System -- their world-class manufacturing facilities in California, Malaysia and India are all ISO 9001:2000 certified, FDA registered and GMP compliant, making them the perfect supplier. With an order for one hundred Systems -- we have made a strong commitment to OSIO and the food safety industry -- and look forward to great results," observed Michael Brennan, MIT's Chairman.

Sir, provide evidence of the "Contract" Brennan speaks of in that dated news release you provided a link for. Here is the headline and date:

MIT Commits to Volume Production for the MIT 1000 Rapid Microbial Identification System Manufactured by OSI Optoelectronics
Date : 04/18/2011 @ 8:30AM
Source : MarketWire
Stock : Micro Imaging Technology, Inc. (MMTC)
Quote : 0.0039 -0.0001 (-2.50%) @ 3:55PM

Doesn't it seem odd that this has never really been substantiated? Does to me.

How about this "order" for 100 machines since 2010? Surely the bright minds here can provide SOME evidence of that ORDER. Typically and Order Number is used and since MMTC is a public company without many transactions, an Order could easily be verified by anyone here by calling OSIO

Isn't it weird that Brennan only told one person, who happens to post here on this Board that, "it was a handshake and not really a contract, but that they are spending significant amounts" on testing the machine? Sounds fishy; just saying.

True, OSI has not repudiated the news release. Then again, why would they even respond to a sub penny stock news release? Just OSI thinking about this, would be a waste of energy IF they perceived this to be a scam. So, OSI NOT repudiating the news release is NOT enough to indicate this stock is not a scam.

In other words, your argument makes less sense when understood that the LACK of ANY acknowledgment from OSI that MMTC even exists, is used as PROOF that the two companies have a relationship beyond Brennan's wishful thinking.

I'm back from vacation now so I look forward to digging in to this again.
