So, I'm trying to grasp how this will affect the stock. I see the "effective" date was 2/6/12......Then, the last time it "traded", was 2/9/12 or Thursday of last week......Rather than reading the whole SEC ruling "ins and outs", does this mean that was the last trade that's going to happen for now, and if so, what is "required" to get it back to a tradeable status?......TIA.
