Newbie to ATRN with question. Before I make my final decision to buy in, can I have some of your thoughts please?

What I DO understand is with all the recent change, such as bye bye Kazaa, debt reduction, new direction with Spyder, etc. why this has gained major momentum.

However, what I can't figure out is why after they chose to delist from the NASDAQ, did it drop so severely from a couple dollars to sub-penny. I see that there were changes in the board of directors, switch of CEO and CFO twice, dilution, Kazaa operating losses, etc. But I didn't see a fundamental change in their business direction when this plummeted. Can someone please help me understand, have I missed something?

Also with near 1600% recent gains, what kind of drop back and consolidation period may occur? Or does this still have legs to move up more prior to 4th quarter reporting and Spyder launch?

Thanks in advance and please understand I've spent the better part of the last 3 days living and breathing ATRN. I just don't want to dive in and then come to realize I've missed the train already.
