Tinroad..."APS is privately owned by William (Bill) Boyer, Jr. who also works for Alaska Air as a "Ramp Service Agent."

Would Dave Prewitt, the inventor of the belt loader bumper protector... be an owner also ? Or did he give away his idea to Bill ?

He's Alaska's vice president of safety
