So during testimony turrini testifies that there are plenty of potential investors now that they are past all Daic hurdles. Now that the receiver is taking over ex-managements lawyers file a motion for reconsideration because the Daic issues are not cleared up?? nothing surprises me at this point. The judge will see right through this crap.
