Dude, 350 M shares outstanding is NOT a lot of shares in pennyland (sub penny). The CE Mark could make this stock rise to $1 (or more), doesn't mean the stock will stay at or above a dollar. VKNG had a product launch towards the end of 2008 and went from .008 to a little over a dollar... now trading at $.25 I think. I believe someone mentioned that SNDY is debt free or has very little debt, which means profits are coming our way. If the company is profitable, 350 M shares is nothing.
