LOL!!! I agree that the issues we're addressing now extend all the way back to that event (without any intervening interruptions by any pesky elections) and I find it interesting that the SEC finally issued a ruling on the Bassie affair, related to that event and their investigation of it, JUST as this was coming to trial.
The bit of real news I could glean from what the SEC put out... was that the SEC were already focused on obvious "irregularities" in issuance of CLYW's shares, all the way back to the reverse merger, and, were looking at that at least as early as... 2004 ?
The Bassie issue itself was being addressed in 2006, 2007, 2008... ?
It appears he successfully stonewalled the Feds... and refused to comply with their demands for information about CLYW's stock issuance... although he lost his PCOAB credentials as a result.
And then, it appears that the SEC investigation went "dormant"... while Turrini apparently testified in the current trial that it was he who was somehow single handedly responsible for causing that SEC investigation to be shut down ?
Fascinating stuff... and it will be interesting to see how it all gets unwound...
