Although all you've stated is possible, we have to remember that the BOD can easily play games with us minority shareholders, but they can't do the same with the majority SH! If they did, they're option package would not take the form of stock options but rather more like a burning tire around their necks! Since we, the minority SH, are tied at the hip with THE majority SH, we should be alright.
