In order to create a EB-5 center, one must present a serious real plan for investors which will get the lions share of the deal in the form of a limited partnership. Where does this leave common share bagholders? EB-5 is good for some real businesses with real plans, real track record and real assets. Briscoe is none of these and that has been a huge liability all shareholders are paying for every day.
