They could have just mentioned the part about the updated listing rules in the letter. Why do investors always have to dig for more information?
But it does make it curious that a number of companies have had listings approved since PGI's application was filed, including three this week.
For clarity, would you mind posting your question that prompted the "rubbish" response from the listing agent? It's interesting that the listing agent used the word "promulgating" in his response to you. I actually looked up promulgate yesterday after I saw it used in the PGI letter, since it's not a word you see everyday (although it's starting to seem like it).
